Today, between 2 pm and 6:15 pm, they called three more times without leaving any messages. As I'm registered on the do-not-call list, I'm puzzled by their persistence. I wish they would either cease calling or leave a message to clarify the purpose of their calls. What steps can I take to get them to stop contacting me?

With all the ressources you have, you will probaly end up at an empty lot or somone's home or bussiness who has no idear their phone numbers or adresses are being spoofed, and you will make a fool out of yourself, and i would be suprised if the FBI agent didnt already warned you about that.
