Given its origin from DC, it's no surprise that this call seems to be politically motivated BS; researching the 'Heritage Foundation' online revealed why I'm glad I didn't answer.
Why Heritage Foundation Robocalls Won't Stop!
Summary — +12025485280
Expert Opinion
Imagine fielding yet another scripted pitch from the Heritage Foundation and still feeling nothing but irritation. These calls are clearly automated political outreach, often labeled as robocalls or telemarketing recordings, and they rarely honor opt‑out requests. If you keep getting dialed, start by registering the number with the National Do Not Call Registry and use your carrier’s call‑blocking tools. Document each call—date, time, and any ID shown—so you can report it to the FTC or the FCC. When a request to be removed is ignored, consider filing a formal complaint; repeated unsolicited political calls can violate consumer‑protection rules.
