Washington DC political calls – how to block them!
Summary — +12028399281
Expert Opinion
Stop unwanted calls by immediately adding the number to your phone’s block list and registering your line with the national Do‑Not‑Call registry. Silence from a silent or dead‑air call is a common tactic used by political or advocacy groups that rely on repeated dialing to skirt regulations. Keep a log of call times and note any patterns; many reports cite after‑hours attempts, which may violate local time‑of‑day rules. If the call persists, file a complaint with the FTC and your carrier’s fraud department. Consider using a reputable call‑blocking app that tags political or survey callers, and regularly review your settings to protect your privacy.
