Given that FCC regulatons prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers, it's frustating to still recieve these calls, especialy when our numbers are listed on the Do Not Call registry, and the usual excuse of a marketing 'survey' is just a thin cover for telemarkiting, so who can we efectivly report them to?
