Press‑1 Scam Targets Eversource Customers!
Summary — +12036808046
Expert Opinion
Imagine receiving a robotic pitch promising a 15% utility discount—only to realize it’s a classic press‑1 scam targeting Eversource customers. These calls often spoof local area codes, making them look legitimate, but the script is generic and the offer is bogus. Hang up immediately, block the number, and file a complaint with the FTC and your phone carrier. Avoid sharing personal info on unsolicited calls, and consider enabling carrier‑level spam filters. Regularly update your Do Not Call registry and stay skeptical of any pressure to act "now" with a single key press.
