Why Is This Number Posing as a City Hall Survey?
Summary — +12042011022
Expert Opinion
It’s surprising how often this number masquerades as a municipal survey, yet the recordings are garbled and the prompts inconsistent. The pattern suggests an automated outbound campaign that leverages the “city hall” label to boost response rates, a tactic common among low‑cost lead generators. If you keep getting these calls, let your carrier block the prefix or register your line with the national Do‑Not‑Call list. For any message that asks you to press a key for a link, treat it as potential spam and avoid sharing personal data. A quick search shows the number is tied to multiple survey‑oriented outfits, so opting out at the source can also cut future calls.
