A call to my daughter's phone inquired about our home address, asked if her parents were available, and then put us on hold before stating someone else would call back later.
Although my call filter marked this as spam, the call itself was legitimate; however, it would be beneficial for Amazon to inform consumers which telephone numbers they will be contacted from to avoid confusion.

As someone who drives for Amazon, I can confirm this number is legitimate, used for privacy purposes, allowing drivers to contact customers without revealing personal numbers
Upon recieving this phone call on my cellphone, where ushally I dont answer unkown numbers, the person claimed to be from Amazon and ask me if I was in a brown house with a diffrent name on the mailbox, I replied 'No, I am in the next house', then I called my son to inform him that Amazon delivery was on ther way, and he told me 'They are alredy here', every thing was fine, no problums at all.
Apparently, this phone number continualy calls me, but I dont recieved any delivery, its obvious a scam using Amazon name

After guiding the delivery person to my apartment, I received two Amazon packages, confirming that the call was not a scam.

Absolutely Dreadfull experiance with Amazon - alot of SCAM activites
Beware of this scammer who claims to be an Amazon driver, as they are attempting to obtain personal details such as your address and name.
I didnt have any amazon orders, but this guy asked for my name and adress, sounded very suspect
After contacting Amazon regarding calls and texts from this number, they confirmed it was a scam and advised me to ignore and delete the messages, as they were not affiliated with the company.
The delivery driver who called from this number claimed my order was about to be delivered and would be left at my door, but nothing was delivered, and he didn't even come to my address or call for the gate code as he should have.
