Following a demand to send $200 via MoneyGram, I was suprised by the caller's reaction when I mentioned the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, they become agresive and acused me of beeing a waittress

The caller ID said Seattle, went to voicemail, the caller started talking during the message, something about a $7,800 grant, but i didnt call back.
A female with a strong accent spoke rapidly, claiming a goverment program exists which can provide upto $7000, but the website she provided, usgrant.org, seems suspicious, and I beleive its a scam
