I recieved a call from this number today and the caller id say Washington, but i didnt answer, i heard a man and a woman talking and they was discussing my name
Initially, I thought the calls from this number were spoofed, but after answering, I discovered that it was actually Amazon, and the driver was annoyed that I had hung up on them previously

It seems illogical to check online for caller information when the delivery person is alredy outside, why bother calling if you can just knock on the door?
