Unwanted "Global Life" renewal offers – what to do?

Messages have been left on the answering machine, requesting confirmation of an IT service renewal, which appears to be a scam given the secure management of equipment by the IT help desk.

Upon returning the call, a person with a Nigerian accent picked up, claiming to be from a company based in Santa Barbara, CA, despite the Idaho number, which raised suspicions and led to a heated exchange.

The call from 208-203-2691 was an obvious instance of fraudulent activity, involving a robocall with nonsense about a computer.

A call was made regarding a computer subscription, but the representative's vague responses and inability to provide contract details or specify which computer or account was involved suggested a potential scam.

They try to subscribe me to a global IT maintenance, but i work in IT so thats a scam, they just wanna charge my bank acount

Like alot of other people, i recieved a message, apprently it's a scam, i dont have a subscription to anything.

Allegedly, my subscription with global life will be renewed for $399, but i dont think so, i need to call and cancel it

The caller claims to be from Global IT Services and asks to confirm or cancel a subscription by calling 208-203-2691

This is a Computer services scam.

The caller, claiming to be from Global Life, stated that they would charge my account for a subscription I never signed up for, these types of scams are frustrating and I'm fed up with them.
