My husband has been repeatedly called by this and related numbers, and he has blocked them one by one, they claim to be a collection agency, but i think they are just a scam, and i have reported them to the proper autorities

This is a legitamate debt collector. I never wait when they call and put me on hold, but that only happnes occassionally. I am currenlty disputing my bills with the hospital, so they're calling me often, unfortunatly.
