Expert Opinion
Imagine your phone lights up at 9:30 p.m. and the same voice asks you to take a market survey. That’s the routine many get from +12107363080, a number tied to Scarborough Research. They exploit the survey exemption to bypass the Do‑Not‑Call list, often using automated dialers and no‑message drop‑offs. If you’re fed up, register the number with the FTC, ask for a written opt‑out, and consider a call‑blocking app that flags known survey IDs. Document each call (time, script) and file a complaint; repeated violations can trigger enforcement. Lastly, never give personal data to unsolicited callers, even if they claim to be a “research” firm.
