The gentelman from PC SPEEDY was very dishonest, he denied bein a telemarketer several times, but eventually admitted it, he even asked about my grandmother and her computer, she dont even use a cellphone, this is messed up, I dont know whats wrong with these peoples!

This person call me and knew my name and everything, i was eating so i step aside, then he ask me if i was the primary user of the computer, i say yes, then i tell him i am a IT profesional and know alot about computer, then he try to scam me, i call him out and he get angry
A similar experience to others, an Indian gentleman attempted to convince me to install harmful software on my computer. When I revealed my profession as an IT specialist for the FBI, he promptly ended the call. It's a rule of thumb that legitimate issues with your computer would be addressed directly by the cable company, with their name appearing on the caller ID.
I engaged in a conversation with an individual, who I will refer to as Sanjeeb, regarding a supposed security issue with my Windows computer. His English was poor, and I requested clarification. He handed the call over to his supervisor, Sanjeeb 2, who continued to speak unclearly and claimed to be calling from Las Vegas, despite the caller ID indicating New York. When I asked about the purpose of the call, he became aggressive and ended the conversation.
Instead of getting angry, just have a littel fun with them, you know they're trying to scam you, so just play along, lead them on, and see how long you can keep them on the line, exemple: you can say hang on a minute, and just lay the phone down.

I am at my wit's end and want these calls to stop; when I requested to speak with a supervisor, my request was denied, prompting me to report them to both Comcast and my local police department.
That actualy sounds quite entertaining, they just called, though i think i've seen the number on my called ID before, i think i might play along next time, maybe i'll tell them i'm so glad they called, as the cops have put a wire tap on my phone and i was wondering if they have any spyware on my computer, LOL

Obviously, someone with a heavy India accent rang me, claiming they could assist with my computer issues, but i told them i have antivirus software and dont need they're help, they also ask me where they get my number and my phone is on the do not call list, please dont call them, be carefull they try to get you're information.

A man claiming to be able to help with my computer was met with skepticism by my husband, who threatened to report him to the police.
Receiving a call similar to others recently reported, the caller claimed to be from PC SP, though this was difficult to understand, provided a number (18009350798) known to be associated with scams, and attempted to lead me to a remote desktop access site, which I refused, prompting them to claim innocence in their actions.
The scammer was extremly rude and pushy, with a very heavy accent, he told me to check my computer and found that it was "highly infected", I hung up on him, and he called back 4 times, even though I hung up on him every single time
In a short span, I received two consecutive calls from an individual with a thick Indian accent, claiming to be from Health Tech, who became belligerent when I refused to engage
The number is comming from outside the country, especifically India, and it is being routed through a new york exchange, it is a fraud
Following the instructions provided, it became apparent that the caller's intention was to deceive. As an IT professional, I decided to play along, aware of the potential risks. The caller's language skills were subpar, which led me to terminate the call prematurely. I then took the opportunity to educate them on the law, and although it may not have been the most diplomatic approach, it was satisfying.
