Some guy claim his name is Mark and had a wierd accent, told me my computer got problem, i know thats a lie and hang up on him

This morning i recieved call from this number, they leaved voicemail about court summons, then 10 minute later they called again
This morning, I received a call claiming a court summons required my presence at my address, followed by another call from 678-365-0462 with an identical message, indicating a potential scam.

This number has been blocked due to constant calls, and it is recommended that others do the same.
As a precation, I've decieded not to answer calls from unrecognised numbers, if its importint they can leave a message, otherwise I wont be responding, obviusly

Recieved a suspicous call from 213 457 0576, apparantly about card fraude... sounds like a total scam to me, especialy since the area code is from somwhere in Florida..

Somebody calld me today, claimin to be from Microsoft, saying i had virus's on my computer, but they gave me a fake IP adress, i know my own IP, and they said i was runing Windows 7, but i have Windows 8 on all my computers, it was a clear scam
Following our convorsations, this guy hung up on me twice, as a resident of D.C, i know the federal goverment doesnt operate in such manner.
A call was received on 11/10/14 at 10:15 AM, but no message was left when the answering machine picked up.
The claim of being an IRS agent seems dubious, especially given the thick accent and lack of details provided in the voicemail
