I wholeheartedly agree, especially regarding D&B. In the past, they incorrectly linked one of my home phone numbers to a business, and despite my cease and desist letter, they refused to remove my number from their database.

The rating from BBB is not a guarantee of companys credibility, just like D&B, it can be manipulate and influencd by how much you pay, if you base your desision on ther rating... well good luck.
