I received the same message, claiming I have a debt issue, but I'm aware that one can't be jailed for struggling with bill payments, so I won't be responding

These calls do not originate from law enforcment, but rather from India and Pakistan; being in debt is not a crime, thus, it's advisable to ignore and block such calls.
