I recieved a call at 11:46AM on 7/21/17 from Better Merchant Services, they left a voicemail but the start of the recoreded message was cut off

The caller ID identifies the caller as 'CALLER MERCHANT', and I've noticed this same identification with various other numbers. Upon answering, I'm typically greeted by a recorded female voice discussing my credit record and offering a special card, claiming it has better perks than my current one.
