I received a suspicious text message from this number claiming to be Eden from Direct Passages, which I believe is spam since I have no knowledge of either.
Scam callers faking duct cleaning appointments!
Summary — +12392152299
Expert Opinion
These calls are almost certainly scam attempts, and the pattern shows aggressive tactics to harvest personal info or push unwanted services. The caller repeatedly references air‑duct work you never requested, uses familiar names, and even resorts to profanity, which is a red flag. Protect yourself by never sharing details like address or payment info over the phone, and add the number to your phone’s do‑not‑call list or request carrier‑level blocking. Report repeated harassment to your local consumer protection agency and, if threats continue, involve law enforcement. Keep any voicemails as evidence and consider changing your contact details if the nuisance persists.

My son recived a call at work from this number, and they were trying to confirm a duct cleaning appointment, but it was a scam and they showed up at my door the next morning
The caller falsely claimed to have visited my residence and stated that I had requested air duct services, but I interrupted him and asked to be added to the do not call list, then I ended the call; this same caller made 16 consecutive calls to me, and I enjoyed giving him a piece of my mind
A caller from ADS asked for me personally, claiming I had provided my number for duct work inquiries, but when I disputed this, the conversation turned ugly and they resorted to using profanity.
Upon answering, the caller remained silent after asking if they could help me, ultimately hanging up.
The caller failed to leave a message.
