Apparently, this number is being used to send out WhatsApp verification codes, so I'm requesting that it be blocked immediately and action taken against it
I have been inundated with eight calls from this unknown number, and despite attempting to return the calls, there has been no response, leaving me perplexed and concerned.
I recieved a text from this number asking me to vote for their band, Seven 40 Seven, and then they told me I'd been hacked, so I blocked them immediatly, and I also asked how they knew my sister, which was strange, and I'm from CA, and the band claims to be from Los Angeles.
An attempt to hack into WhatsApp was made this morning, but quick action prevented any harm, indicating the presence of known hackers using phone calls as a means to gain access to personal information.
