Blocking should not apply to legitimate callers
Cologuard reminder: legit or nuisance?
Summary — +12679549722
Expert Opinion
Oddly enough, the surge of Cologuard reminders can feel like a spam wave, yet most callers are simply following up on a legitimate colon cancer screening kit. Verify the caller by asking for the exact name of the test and the lab—Exact Sciences is the manufacturer. Compare the phone number with the one on your prescription or insurance paperwork before sharing any personal info. If the call feels off, hang up and call the official customer service line listed on the kit. Keep a log of call times and messages; this helps decide whether to block the number or keep it for future reminders. Legitimate calls are usually brief, medical in tone, and focus on screening logistics.
