Life‑Insurance Scam Calls Flooding Phones!
Summary — +12679580613
Expert Opinion
Yesterday afternoon I noticed a surge of inbound calls flagged only by a masked ID from PA, all demanding personal data like name and birthdate. The pattern—no voicemail, repeated attempts, and a focus on life‑insurance offers—fits classic phone‑scam tactics. Protect yourself by letting unknown numbers go to voicemail, never share identifying details, and consider a call‑blocking app. If you suspect fraud, report the number to the FTC and your carrier. Regularly review credit reports for unauthorized activity, and educate any vulnerable household members about these persistent scams.

The scammer's caller ID show the same number
At 4:06 pm Eastern Time, I received a call with no message left behind; the caller ID showed a name and number from Pennsylvania, which I believe indicates a scam, as I never engage with unknown numbers or names.
Today, I received two calls, at 10:55 AM and 5:10 PM, where that XXXXXXXXXXXXPA appeared, adding to the plethora of scam calls I receive on both my landline and cell phone, outnumbering legitimate calls.
Essentially, same as above, its a scam call that left no message, if the call was important they should of left a message, those people wanting to commit fraud always try to scam the elderly.
When this number appeared on my caller ID with a Pennsylvania label, I chose not to answer and, as expected, no message was left
Upon answering a call at 10:30 a.m. CST on 3-05-2019 from a number that appeared as XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, PA, on my caller ID, I immediately blocked the number due to the masked name, a tactic typically used by scammers or telemarketers, as evidenced by previous comments.
This is a scam life insurence recording that asks for your name and birthdate.
The purpose of the call seems to be a life insurance scam, as they request personal details such as name and date of birth, potentially leading to identity theft
