One‑Ring Calls from the Caribbean: Scam Alert!

I received calls from two numbers, 2687620031 and 2092086144, which seemed to be attempts to ping my phone's GPS, a tactic that raises concerns about privacy.

This appears to be a federal government cell phone, possibly utilizing GPS pinging or other NSA techniques, and is unlikely to be a bill collector or telemarketer.
