This number is undoubtedly a nuisance, as it cannot be added to the do not call list due to its seemingly fraudulent nature, and the caller's laughter is downright infuriating.

further reseach revealed that this number belongs to a politcal organization called Heritage Action for Americans, which seems to be promoting certain opinions; I hung up the call immediatly and didnt bother to listen to the recording, opting to investigate their website instead

I recently received a call from an unrecognized number, so I didn't answer. If they call again, I'll add them to my growing list of blocked callers, but I'm running out of space since my current blocker can only handle 30 numbers.
My phone rang for about 30 times before it stopped, and appearently the call was from Fulton, KY, wich is kinda weird
Upon recieving the call, I wasnt bothered at all, since I have a Digitone Call Blocker, which I purchased from www.digitone.com, and it blocks the number after the first call, so the next time they try to call, my phone dont even ring
A call was received, allegedly from Fulton, KY, but since I have no acquaintances in that area, I chose not to answer, and the caller hung up upon reaching my voicemail. I have since blocked this number using ooma's call-blocking feature.

Interestingly, the caller ID indicates that the call originated from Fulton, KY, although it was actually a robocall from the office of Chris Collins, a U.S. Representative for New York's 27th district, regarding the defunding of Obamacare
