I am aware of your tactics and will not fall for them.
Apparently, this group of scammers left a voicemail claiming to be from Amazon, stating that I needed to return their call to authorize a suspicious $1499 transaction for an "apple" MacBook, which is utterly ridiculous. It's worth noting that they seem to have made an effort to improve their English spelling skills, possibly due to their origin in India, but used a robotic female voice to conceal their thick accent. Sadly, most scams like this one originate from individuals who have no qualms about deceiving innocent people, and it's unfortunate that they're still at large.
Posting about the company's incessant calls is unlikely to make them stop
It's worth noting that debt collectors are exempt from the Do Not Call list regulations.
Despite being on the do-not-call registry, blocking the number, and filing complaints with the FTC and my phone carrier, this number continues to call me incessantly, claiming to be from NAVIENT, a company to which I do not owe any debt, and I implore them to cease their calls

Repeated calls are made, often before 9 am, with no voicemail left, and despite being blocked, the frequency of calls is still evident.
This number has called 5 times befor 7pm, no message was left, dont know ennyone in Dover, DE
Since 11/23/22, there have been repeated calls, some days receiving multiple calls, from a company named Twilio, which leaves no messages and was previously unknown to me.
Receiving these constant calls, often late at nite, from this number and others is becoming extreemly anoying and it's almost at the point of harrassment.
Although the caller ID displayed Twilio, the voicemail message claimed to be from Navient, highlighting the potential for spoofing and deception.
Numerous calls have been made without any voicemail being left.
