Aggressive debt collector calls nonstop!

As an employee of JSD Management, I can attest that our company has allways been commited to being profesional and ethical, some of these comments are fals, and I can identifi the person beign reffered to in others, JSD Management is a reputable agency.

This number keep calling and hanging up, probaly some kind of scammer

Due to their unprofessional demeanor, we declined their offer to use them for collections, yet they continud to call back repeadetly, requesting to speak with supervisors and even our HR department, it's unclear why they think this approach will help them win our business

This number is associated with a collection agency attempting to extract information through deceptive means, indicative of a spam or scam operation.

This company has been contacting my workplace, attempting to collect on debts that were discharged through bankruptcy two years ago, which is utterly unacceptable.

Upon receiving a call from this number, the individual on the other end inquired about a person not residing at this location, and when questioned about the purpose of the call, they responded with a threat of litigation and displayed rude behavior

harassment by phone is a common issue with this number, as they reportedly engage in debt collection activities

Our office has been contacted by James Stevens & Daniels, allegedly attempting to collect a debt on behalf of McAfee, which raised several red flags: firstly, we do not utilize McAfee services; secondly, upon contacting McAfee directly, it was confirmed that they do not issue invoices as all payments are processed via credit card in advance; thirdly, the invoice features McAfee's address in Santa Clara but directs payments to Chicago, a suspicious discrepancy. This experience has led us to conclude that it is indeed a scam, and we hope this information will help others avoid unnecessary time and concern.

It appears these collection agencies are passing on uncollected debts from one shady company to another, with the original company having written off the bill, and now these new agencies are attempting to collect the debts, likely to keep the majority of the funds for themselves

A while back, these folks contacted us with a debt recovery option, but we declinded their offer, since we didnt want to spend the money on litagation, and the person we were after didnt have any assets, luckly, several months later, my buisness partner was contacted by the same group, but this time it was for a debt collection against them, what a small world!

I had a conversation with one of these individuals yesterday, and they were extremely rude, refusing to let me speak. They claimed I had a debt to pay and threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay that day. They even made personal comments about my life and family, which were completely unprofessional. I'm considering consulting a lawyer to understand my rights and the legality of their actions.

I just want to thank every body here, i handle the collections for my company, and i recieve dozens of calls from collection agencies, and i didnt answer this call, and no message was left, so im glad i didnt waste my time speaking with a slezy company

Our company was contacted by Eric Moore from James, Stevens and Daniels, who engaged in unprofessional behavior, including discussing personal matters and becoming agitated when I declined his services, leading to multiple follow-up calls.

The sheer audacity of these callers is appalling.

a nasty and rude man called to speak with my employer, he was asking about a balance overdue, but he became even nastier when i told him i had passed along the message

It seems that the individuals behind this number are pretending to be lawyers but lack the competence to actually practice law.
