World Financial Calls: What Your Rights Are
Summary — +13032555347
Expert Opinion
Like a relentless drip from a leaky faucet, these nonstop calls can wear down anyone’s patience and raise privacy red flags. The pattern points to a debt‑collection operation tied to the World Financial brand, which often services store‑card accounts for retailers like Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, callers must identify themselves, state the purpose of the call, and cease contact if you request it in writing. Keep a log of call times, block the number, and send a certified cease‑and‑desist letter. Report the activity to the FTC and your state’s consumer protection agency, and consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to pressure the collector into compliance.

These indivijuals called my cellphone and immediatly followed up with a call to my work number without leaving a messsage, it's frustrating
I recieve daily calls from them, somtimes twice a day, and ther's never anyone on the line, we hav a Lane Bryant credit card and a Fashion Bug card, and i didnt know who was calling untill i found this website, we havnt used them in years and they hav ZERO BALANCES, i guess i'll cancel them and stop doing bussiness with them
Collector for credit card's, dont know what they want
Several calls a day are recieved from this number asking for my Mother, I tell them she has been in a nursing home for a year and a half, yet they continue to call
This companie call me several time a day from diferent location, i try to ignore the calls, but somtime i answer to tell them that my wife and i are divorsed and she dont live here no more
When I returned the call, I was informed it was related to World Financial Bank and mentioned Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug, leading me to suspect it might be about an overdue credit card payment or a sales pitch
The current approach of these companies, which involves multiple daily calls over several days without leaving a message, seems to be a form of harassment. A better strategy might be to limit calls to once or twice, allowing potential customers to call back if interested.
These Calls are incurring significant costs for me, as they occur multiple times daily, and the callers refuse to disclose their identity
My cell phone rang, but i didnt answer in time, and they didnt leave a message, then they called again an hour later
It appears that this and other numbers with 614 and 303 area codes are part of a collection effort, calling multiple times a day from morning till night
What's even more unsettling is that they're now calling my cell phone
