How to Stop ARC Donation Calls Fast
Summary — +13033082414
Expert Opinion
Like a persistent doorbell that never stops ringing, the calls from +13033082414 are a classic example of charitable solicitation via phone. Most callers identify themselves as ARC, a nonprofit that runs thrift‑store pickup services for donations, often tied to the Cerebral Palsy community in Colorado. While the intent is to collect goods, the volume can feel invasive. Tip: Ask for an opt‑out during the call or use the recorded menu option to request removal. Tip: Document each request and follow up if calls persist, escalating to the state attorney general or the Do‑Not‑Call registry. Tip: Consider donating in person or online to avoid phone outreach altogether.

There have been several calls going into my answering machine, however they just hang up without leaving any messsage
I am frustrated with the constant calls from 'unknown caller', which always result in the caller hanging up when I answer. I believe that phone solicitations often annoy people more than they help the organizations. When I wish to donate, I look up the organization in the phone book.
My experience with donation drivers has been disappointing, particularly with an incident involving an ARC truck parked in a fire lane, causing a traffic jam outside a grocery store. The driver's behavior was aggressive when I tried to drive around the truck, and he even followed me to a nearby parking lot, making a threatening comment. I stood my ground, suggesting he return to his truck or face a call to his supervisor, which prompted him to leave.
It seems this number belongs to a thrift store seeking pickups, likely due to a case of mistaken identity
Apparently, Lupus charity and similair organisations beleive they can hide ther caller id, which is quite annoying. My experiance with them was bad, especialy after I donated to them and they kept calling me even when I asked them not to, over and over. Finaly, I had to tell them to come and pick up a donation in person and thats when they stoped calling me for about a year.
It's unfortunate that some people may stop donating to a good cause due to a poorly functioning phone system, but perhaps the organization cannot afford a new system because of decreased donations, and it's worth noting that charities like The ARC provide valuable services
Multiple calls were received, including one that interrupted an important long-distance conversation, and when asked to identify themselves, the caller hung up
This number is associated with ARC.
It's worth noting that ARC actually stands for Association for [***] Citizens, not Alcohol Recovery Center as one might assume.

Unexpected hang-ups can be frustrating, influencing decisions about future donations
For years, I have been receiving almost daily calls from this number, sometimes multiple times a day, despite attempts to stop them and reporting to the Attorney General; the caller ID has changed from ARC Thrift Store to 'Out of Area'.
Daily calls from ARC, asking for donations, have become a nuisance. Having ceased my donations to them in favor of Habitat, I find these repeated calls annoying.
Repeated calls from this number are unwelcome and frustrating.
Apparently, ARC or American Retarted Children is behind this, seeking clothing donations, usualy it's automated and not actualy a telemarketer.
Over several weeks, I have received multiple calls from this number, which appears as 'Unknown Name' on the caller ID, and no messages have been left.
Apparently, the Association of [***] Citizens has been contacting me, although they don't seem to use their full name nowadays, which is pretty inapropriate.
I've received four calls in two weeks, but no messages have been left. Since I'm on the no-call list, I'm concerned that this might be a solicitor.
