The first time they called, the connection was poor, and the persons accent was hard to understand, there was also alot of background noise, i managrd to make out the word 'diabetic' and they wanted to verify my adress, but i didnt recogize it, so i asked them what area code they were looking for, and when they responsed, i just hung up.
