Fake debt collector threats from this number – protect yourself!

These people have called my work, my friends and my family and I dont know how they got their phone numbers. They speak very poor English and think everyone of us that gets the calls are stupid enough to fall for this scam!!! It does not good to talk to them, they dont listen and only make silly threats that are not even legal in the US. They are probably not even IN the US!!

This indivijual has called my job over 65 times in the past 2 days. He says his name is James Thomas. This is a scam artist. I spoke to Bleu Ridge Lawyers and they told me to do this. Says I owe several hundred dollars.

Over the last week, I recieved several calls from "unknown number", it was this same guy and 1 other guy with very thick Indian accents, they left messages with the following names and numbers, today he called saying he's Officer James Thomas from the Legal Affadavit Department, he had my complete address, but "needed my social security number".

A call from 1-213-402-1756 was received, with the caller claiming to be an officer collecting a bill of $805.00, despite my having already paid $326.00, and they had an Indian accent, indicating a potential scam.

If these harassing calls continue, particularly to my workplace or friends, I will take legal action.

I've had similair experinces with scammers, they called me at work with a fake collection story, but I knew it was a scam and told them to leave me alown

The same number keep calling, the guy got my friends informations from her daughter's boyfriend who apply for a loan online

I recieved a threatning call from these individuals, who claime to be the "Legal Affidavit Department" and had acces to my SSN and other personal info.

I recieved a call saying some one i knew was being charged for fraud, but it was a bill collector, all that worry for nothing, this is a scam

This phone number is definatly a scam, they say they are from legal processing department but they is fake, they told me i can do what i want when i threaten to sue them, dont give them any money and tell them you know they is a scam!!!
