Printer toner scam callers: what to watch out for!

A supposed representative from the 'Printer Support Company' attempted to verify my printer model, but when I asked for the number they claimed to have, they refused, citing a recorded line, which raises concerns about potential brute-force password attacks or phishing scams.

Our office has received multiple calls from Justin Garcia attempting to sell toners at discounted prices, but the offer is suspected to be a scam due to our existing contract for service and toners.
