Offering a small incentive of $20 to participate in a survey
Why Is the CDC Survey Calling Late at Night?
Summary — +13128714242
Expert Opinion
These calls are almost certainly coming from the CDC’s National Immunization Survey, a legitimate research effort that polls households about vaccination status. While the agency is exempt from the Do‑Not‑Call rules, the timing (often after 8 PM) and repeated outreach can feel intrusive, especially for people without children. Spoofed Caller ID makes verification harder, so treat any request for personal or minor‑health data with caution. If you’re not a target demographic, you can politely decline, request removal from the list, or block the number. Survey calls must still respect the 8 AM‑9 PM window, and spoofing remains a broader telecom challenge.

It's supposely a survey, but who makes survey calls on a Sunday at 3 pm Central, especialy before Christmas, I dont beleeve it!
Although these calls can be annoying, especially for households without children, they are part of a legitimate survey aiming to identify areas where children are not immunized against infectious diseases, and such callers are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry.
For Android phones, refer to the previous response.
For Android cell phone users, it's likely that blocked calls are reaching voicemail because Android does not allow third-party apps, such as Truecaller, to automatically hang up on blocked calls.
