Expert Opinion
Yesterday evening I got a buzz from the same number and realized it was the usual Mercy call. The pattern looks like a generic hospital outreach, often about appointments or follow‑ups, but the script is vague and sometimes the caller hangs up abruptly. If you’re not expecting a visit, let the call go to voicemail and verify the details directly with the hospital using a known number. Never share personal info or click links from an unsolicited call. Block the number if it becomes repetitive, and report persistent unwanted calls to your carrier.
