These people are constatly calling, somtimes upto 10 times a day, getting pretty annoyng.
A representative claimed that I had been chosen by the Government for a $9000 grant with no repayment terms. When I questioned how they obtained my information, given that they addressed me as 'ma'am' instead of my actual name, the caller abruptly ended the conversation.
Upon receiving a call from this number, I choose not to answer it, afterwards a call from a unknown caller arriaved and I didnt answer, my answering machine pick up and I hear a voice saying hello several time and then a profanity and hang up, it sounds like someone with a chinese accent, previously I spoke with someone who claim to be from the US Treasury Department with a chinese accent, they told me I was randomly select for a $9000 grant that I dont have to pay back, but I have to buy a government registration card for $250
Apparently, this caller claims to be from the US Treasury dept, offering a $9k grant, tax free, but she hung up when I cleared my throat, I beleive she didnt like it
Rather than relying on the goverment to protect you from unwanted calls, perhaps you should take mesure to protect yourself, like using a call blocker or not answeing the phone when these call come in, just like you would lock your door to prevent burglar
Fed up with these peoples constant calling, they even adress me by name, eric was his name, and they wont stop, it's absolutly rediculous, V70513394200072 should be stoped, goverments need to intervien
More details are needed about the experience, as my encounter involved a robot claiming to represent Google services.
Repeated, silent calls were made every 15 minutes, and upon callback, a Google services message or a brief, uninformative conversation ensued before the number was eventually reported as out of service.
