They called and left a voicemail stating that they are from V-tech Solution and intend to withdraw $249.99 from my account, but I am unfamiliar with them.

The message received was a typical robo scam attempt.
This number has also contacted me with a robo call, which I believe is a fraudulent attempt. Since I have no prior dealings with the supposed company, I'm advising everyone to block this number.
I've come to the conclusion that this number is likely a scam after reading the post, given that I've only ever purchased phones directly from Apple, and I've blocked the caller; I would advise others to block the number as well if they receive a call from it.
After receiving a robocall, I returned the call and spoke with an individual with an Indian accent, who claimed to handle internal computer functions and threatened to charge my checking account $249.99 for renewal if I didn't cancel; he tried to guide me to a website, but I recognized it as a scam and hung up, only to be called back again from a different number in Catasauqua, PA.
