Beware: Fake Credit Card Relief Scams
Summary — +13232022974
Expert Opinion
The calls from +13232022974 are almost certainly a scripted debt‑relief scam, using a British‑accented female voice and press‑1 prompts to trap victims. They spoof the caller ID with variations like “CONSMR DEBT RLF” or “Fraud Concern,” but never provide a verifiable company name. Hang up immediately, don’t press any keys, and add the number to your block list. Report the number to the FTC and your phone carrier, and consider registering with the National Do Not Call Registry. If you’ve already spoken, monitor your accounts for any unauthorized activity and consider a credit freeze.

For years I've been recieving daily calls from scammers like this one, the DNC list doesnt seem to work, and I'm tired of my phone ringing, so I've started anwsering without saying anything, hoping to tie up their line, another number they've used is 323-202-2974, dont bother trying to locate them as they're spoofing the caller ID
Unfortunately, my business receives numerous credit card scam calls, around 10-15 per week, and we are unable to block these numbers on our system.
Interestingly, the caller ID displayed a message indicating a potential fraud concern, wich is quiote ironic given the scammer's intentions to committ fraud through a recording from "Susan with credit card relief"
I recived a call at 4:20 PM from a woman with a prerecorded voice message, talking about credit card debt relief, but I dont have any credit cards
Obviously, this company is engaging in deceptive practices by spoofing their number, claiming to be c.c. relief, but they should just be ignored

I've received a recorded message multiple times from a woman with a slight British accent claiming her company has been monitoring my excellent credit, offering 0% interest on my credit cards, which seems impossible; when I asked for specifics, she couldn't provide them and stuck to her scam script.
When attempting to call back, the option is given to be added to the do-not-call list, but the caller does not identify themselves, raising suspicions.
Upon mentioning "credit card", the call was immediately terminated. It's common knowledge that credit card companies typically communicate via mail, not phone calls, which suggests this was a scam.
