On 9/8/2021 @ 5:21pm, i recieved a suspicious call from this number claiming to be from State Farm, which is unlikely becuse my agent would contact me directly.
The caller claimed to be from the US Marshall's office, stating that my name was being used by someone else and threatened jail time if I did not cooperate by calling back to speak with an investigator.
The caller claimed to represent State Farm but ended the call when questioned about the purpose of the call.
Upon answering the phone, I noticed a brief pause before the caller spoke, asking for a Mr. or Mrs. with our last name, which instinctively seemed like a scam, as no such individuals reside at this address.
The calls from this number are disturbing and often involve unusual sounds.
Claimed to be representing farmers ins, but sounded suspisous.
This is definitly a scam, as we allready have Alstate and they inquired about a family member who pasrd away over 30 years ago
