Stop Debt Collector Harassment from Unknown Numbers!

I would love to join a class action lawsuit against this companey, they have been harassing me for months over a 18 year old check, its ridiculous, ive already dealt with scammers and i know my rights

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 2295 Renaissance Drive, Suite A, Data Check of America is a scam, and it's surprising that law enforcement, including the FBI, has not taken action against them for stealing money through paid checks.

My husband recieved a call from this number, it was a scam, they were trying to get him to pay money, but he didnt, and he told them to go f*ck themselves, it was a really nasty conversation.

A person claiming to be Nick Lawson, who had to correct his own last name, contacted me with a threatening message about my wife, which I believe to be false

Data Check of America, operating from the number 678-809-2785, has expanded its reach to Marietta, GA. Upon receiving their pitch, I requested documentation to support their claim, but they cited company policy as the reason for not providing it, despite my insistence that they validate the debt they allege I owe, stemming from a purportedly bounced check at Winn Dixie over 15 years ago.

Debt scammers have been using this number to make threatening calls regarding old checks, sometimes identifying themselves as Data Check of Nevada

It appears to be a debt collection scam

Yesterday, around 12:25 pm, I received a call from a woman with a distinct accent, demanding payment of $198.00 for an alleged debt from 2001, which was later confirmed as a scam by my bank.

Paying them anything else would be a mistake Clarissa, they are obviousley running a scam

A company calld Data Check of America contaced me several times in Febuary about a check from June 1999 for $11.83, and they claimed I owed $188, but I payed them $83 to settle the debt, however they refusd to provide a writen receipt

I got a call from this number, about a $50 check i suposedly wrote in 1997, but i was in Bosnia at the time, and didnt write any checks, so i asked for proof, and they gave me a website to check

After months of calls, finally speaking to someone revealed that the debt in question dated back to 2003, and it's unlikely that it remains unpaid, as the bank would have processed the check by now.

Everybody else seem's to have recived several calls from a company identifying themselves as "Data Check of America", I had various voice mail messages left stating that they were trying to collect on an unpaid check from 2000 with Winn-Dixie, but the worker's would always hang up on me

Another number for them is (678) 528-0053, same as the others check from 1996, they actually called my work and told the receptionist i had a bad check and they needed to get their money, the receptionist stated they should not disclose that information as it is private, they got rude and told her they dont have to comply with collection laws, i filed a complaint with the CFPB and Calif Attorney General, thats pretty unexceptable
