Scam Call Threatening Arrest – How to Protect Yourself?

I recieved a call from this number, didnt answe it but the caller left a voicemail, he claimed to be Kevin Williams from Criminal Justice and said I had a arrest warrant, sounded like he was from india or somthing

Apparently, someone called me from this number which i use for gaming, they claimed i had a warrant and mentioned 3 incident's.

I received a call on my gaming number claiming I had a warrant due to three alleged incidents.

I just recieved two voicemails thretning me with an arrest warrant if I didnt call this number, its a complete scam

Exposing this individual's true nature revealed their scamming intentions, and it is hoped that they will be brought to justice for their actions.

I had the same experiance, I knew it was a scam imediatly and I had mutliple voicemails from this same number.

I keep recieving calls from this guy, he says i owe money and that he will send the police to arrest me, but when i ask to speak to a manager, he says no, and when i ask which company i owe money to, he says he dont know.

I got a call at work from Kevin Jones, or maybe it was Kevin Williams, he left a message, and when i called back, he said i had a warrant, but i knew it was a scam, so i told him i was reporting him.

Five calls were received from this number in a single day, with the same voicemail being left each time, allegedly from someone named Kevin Smith, who claimed a complaint had been filed against me and threatened a warrant for my arrest if I didn't return the call, but the lack of personalization and rehearsed tone suggest it's likely a scam, as supported by other complaints.

After receiving a concerning voicemail, I called back and was told that cops would be visiting my home and workplace, but a search online and a call to my local sheriff's office confirmed it was a scam

The caller say his name is Kevin Williams, and he is a attorney from Brian K Law Firm, he say i issued fraudulent check for a payday loan, and i need to pay $632 or i will be arrested, it's a scam, they have my social and address, and they give me a number to call, 347-809-3469, to take care of it

It's likely that this is a scam from an Indian or Pakistani debt collection group; the best course of action is to ignore and block these numbers, as you cannot be arrested for civil debts in the US.

Had a missed call from 347-809-3469, left a message that sounded robotic, the person said his name was Kevin Williams, and he is with the Criminal Justice Law Firm, supposely i have 3 allegations of criminal activity, but when i called back, i was placed on hold, eventualy hung up and called back, used my teacher voice to ask who i was speaking with, but he couldnt offer much, just threats
