This morning, before anyone arriaved at the office, we recieved a call from this number, and based on the caller ID, I suspec that it was from Accounts Services or a similiar company.
The question remains, how do these callers obtain our phone numbers?
A caller claiming to be 'Heather at Account Services' contacted me regarding my credit card debt, which seems fraudulent. The number has been blacklisted using the 'Extreme Call Blocker' app.
To avoid confusion, assigning a unique ringtone to known contacts in your phonebook can be helpful.
