Urgent $399.99 Computer Service Scam!

Expert Opinion
Watch for urgent‑tone scripts that demand immediate payment or personal info. Scammers often fabricate a "Russell Johnson" or claim a $399.99 charge for bogus computer services. Never provide banking details or click unknown links; verify any alleged order by logging into the official company website or calling a known customer service number. Report threatening calls to the FCC or FTC, and consider blocking the number. Stay skeptical, keep records of the call, and share the experience with friends to prevent others from falling victim.
