Scam callers demanding payment from a fake processing center!

I recived the same message as every one else, so I blocked their number

Repeated calls from this number, leaving identical voicemails about a supposed case against me, claiming to be the processing division - a blatant scam and utterly frustrating.

They keep calling me about a payday loan that I supposedly defaulted on, and they claim to have a judgment against me, but I blocked their number, thats the best thing to do.

A voicemail was left claiming I would be served with some property-related notice and mentioning contact with my HR department, similar to a previous experience reported by someone else.

I got two calls from this number, both went to voicemail because my phone is set to screen for scam calls, when i listened to the messages, they talked about being served and contacting the Human Resources department, i called back and the first guy hung up on me when i asked him to clarify, the second guy asked for my reference number or case number, i said no, then he asked for my phone number, i told him they should already have it, and he told me to never call again and hung up, the third time i called, a different guy answered and i told him i was trying to figure out why they kept calling, he asked for my phone number again, i said i wont give it to him, and he hung up on me for the third time

A caller claimed to be filing a lawsuit against someone else, but became aggressive and abusive when informed of the wrong number, and continued to call back despite being told to stop

Apparently, I've been receiving frequent calls from this number, with a daily barrage of 2-5 calls over the past two weeks. The kicker is that I get a text message stating I have a formal complaint attached to my name and social security number, but when I check my voicemail, there's nothing there. It's clear this is a scam attempt to get my attention. The message even provides a phone number, 406 3177197, and a claim number to listen to a full voice message. I'm not buying it, though - it's just another phishing attempt.

They've left over 20 voicemails on my work number, claiming a legal matter is being filed under my SSN. However, they got my name wrong. They're trying to create a sense of urgency, but I'm not buying it.

This number continues to call, asking me to reference a file number, but they fail to provide one. Upon returning the call, I reached a personal phone, not a business, which suggests a scam.
