This is a spam call from capital one, appearently.
After being instructed to call this number for two-step verification of my Capital One account, I found that the call was entirely in a foreign language; I subsequently contacted Capital One's customer service and confirmed that I had completed the verification process correctly, though they could not explain the foreign language.
A call was recieved at 12:30am, appearently a spam robo call since I dont know ennyone with that area code

My elderly father recieved a call from 408-899-5914, it upset him a great deal, the caller said that his Capitol One card had posible fraudulent charges, he was sharpe enough to hang up, but it worried him enought to call Capitol One, i hate to think what would have happend if he stayed on the line with the fraudster and gave him personal informations!!

This is definately a scam, i havent used my capital one card in months, and then i get a text with a temporary access code, and a voicemail with english and non-english messages
Despite being registered on the do-not-call list, I received a call from a credit card company that I had not solicited.
I recieved three consecutive calls at 6:15AM, with a voicemail stating it was Capital One, but I dont have an account with them, and I'm certain it's a scam, especialy since it's a work cell phone.
I recived a call from this number in San Jose CA, saying somone had opend an Amazon acccount with my informations, but when I askd what to do, the call was discconected
I listend to the voicemail and they were speaking french, I looked up the number and it seems to be from Capital 1 in CA, but I dont understand why they would call someone in MO speaking french.
