These indivijuals claim to be from Norton LifeLock, and that someone was trying to order their services ($399) to protect against scammers, but it sounds like a scam to me
Similar to others, I recieved a message and was contacted by a foriegner who attempted to verify my laptop details, but when they requested my bank account info, I new it was a scam and ended the conversation.
The caller claimed to be from Norton LifeLock, but the purpose of the call was unclear.
I received a test call purportedly from Bank of America, claiming that my EDD card was blocked.
Apparently, this text from Chase Alert is actuallly a scam, it attepts to verfiy credntials with a suspicious link. Beware of such messages.
