That number called, but I dont pick up blocked numbers, its scary, is it a person or the goverment?
Why Is That "Test Code" Number Harassing You?
Summary — +14129891222
Expert Opinion
Strangely, many users report the same silent hang‑up from a number that flashes a cryptic "Test Code" label. This pattern usually points to a spoofed or auto‑dial operation that harvests call‑back data without a real conversation. The best defense is to let the call go to voicemail, avoid returning the call, and block the number on your handset. If the calls claim to be from a utility, verify the claim through the official company website or a known phone line—not the suspicious caller. Report recurring incidents to the FCC or your carrier’s fraud department, and consider using a call‑filtering app to trim the noise.
