The individual in question is allegedly involved in harming animals, not people from Springfield, and should be held accountable for these crimes.

Following receipt of absurd texts apparently from Trump, my response was to block the number after sending a picture of a NeverTrump Yard Sign.
The answer is no, definitively so.
It's possible that a malicious app on the phone is causing issues.
