Scam alert: Fake NBC Advisors threats
Summary — +14149097915
Expert Opinion
It’s odd how a single five‑digit prefix spawns a parade of alleged collection agencies. The pattern here points to a classic debt‑collection scam masquerading as a legal or audit firm, often citing bogus entities like NBC Advisors or NBCA. Callers throw names—Stephanie, Mark Anthony, Patty—yet the core script stays the same: urgency, threats, and a request to call back. If you receive such a call, don’t return the number, block it, and report the incident to the FTC or your state’s consumer protection office. Verify any claimed creditor directly through official channels, and never share personal or financial details over the phone.
