Given the pattern, this call likely pertains to credit card services; I've learned to ignore calls from unknown numbers without a name on the caller ID, and this number, along with V09261016460013, raises suspicions.
The Truth Behind "Card Services" Spam Calls!

Expert Opinion
Heads up: these repeated calls are classic robocall scams targeting credit‑card holders. They masquerade as "Card Services" or similar, promise lower interest rates, and force you to press keys to reach a live person – a tactic designed to harvest personal data. Do not share any account details or press buttons; simply hang up and block the number. Register your line with the national Do‑Not‑Call Registry and consider a call‑filtering app to catch spoofed IDs. Keep a log of call times and report persistent offenders to the FTC; the more evidence you provide, the easier it is to pursue enforcement actions.
