A call with a voicemail was received, providing a verification code. Previously, an unsolicited SMS with a verification code was received from a different number, indicating it may be the same entity. The numbers were reported and blocked, as there is no known connection to the sender.
I dont care if it's legit or not, but I've never downloaded or atempted to activiate WhatsApp, and I think it's wrong for the app developer to send codes to random numbers.
