Today I recieved a call from someone who claimed to be Vera from Discover, it was on May 10, 2024
a message claiming to be from Discover was left, but I did not respond
Daily calls from this number have been reported, and the caller typically disconnects immediately after the recipient answers
Numerous individuals have reported that this number is utilized for collections purposes, often with changes in the associated phone number
The message was for Pamela, a niece, and the caller introducd herself as Carmen, she was offering a savings opportunity and left a toll free number to call back, but it sounded suspicious
These scammers claim to be from discover, stating we are late on a payment plan, attempting to phish for informations
This number calls me several times a day, and they dont leave a mesage, its getting pretty anoying
Clearly a scam caller, do not under any circumstance give them information on your account - just hang up and contact 1-800-Discover directly, do alot of research before you give any informations out
Daily calls are being made to my number, both day and night, yet no messages are ever left.
The caller claims I owe the IRS money and that this is my last opportinity to respond befor action is taken against me.
Following a previous conversation with Discover about a potential 5% interest rate and a monthly payment of $168, if I agreed to auto-deduct from my account, I began working with a debt management company that advised me to cancel the arrangement and call 1-855-200-6307 to reach Brea Taylor from Card Services.
The constant calling from this number is exhausting and repetitive.
I recived a call from this number, but I havn't missed any credit card payments, and I dont even have a Discover card, so it's likely a case of mistaken identiy or a scam, so beware!
A payment was missed on my card by mistake, Discover called to recieve payment, however they should have left a message.
In a span of two days, I received five calls from them, with only one message left behind, supposedly about a personal business matter that could save me money; after getting frustrated, I decided to block them
No message is ever left, leaving me wondering who's on the other end.
Although a message wished me a blessed day, it lacked a personal touch and seemed automated, coming from an IP Voice computer.
Blocking this number was necessary due to numerous daily calls with no response or messages
