Megan student‑loan scam—how to protect yourself!
Summary — +15012740454
Expert Opinion
A call from someone named Megan feels like a scam, and most listeners report the same vague student‑loan pitch. The message claims you qualify for a quick forgiveness program but offers no details, no paperwork, and often redirects you to a different callback number. The safest move is to hang up, reject any request for personal or financial data, and verify any offer directly with your loan servicer via the official website or mailed correspondence. You can also block the number, report it to the FTC, and warn friends about the red flag signs of a scam.
